Extended Warranty / Preventative Maintenance
Damar Security Systems offers comprehensive Extended Warranty and Preventive
Maintenance Coverage programs on products and services provided by us.
The Extended Warranty Agreement obligates Damar to provide labor and materials
to repair your electronic security equipment in the event of a failure
while the Preventative Maintenance Coverage includes regularly scheduled
service visits.
Extended warranty service is provided upon request. In many cases Damar Security Systems monitors critical functions of your electronic security equipment and we may initiate warranty service even before you are aware of a problem.
Preventative Maintenance Coverage provides for regularly scheduled visits to test, inspect, clean and adjust the components of your electronic security equipment in order to keep it in top operating condition.
Features applicable to both the Extended Warranty Agreement and the Preventative Maintenance Coverage:-
- Professional Trained and Certified authorized Service Technicians;
- Eliminates large, unexpected repair bills;
- Can be renewed as long as parts are available;
- No deductible;
- Ten (10%) percent discount on chargeable service labor;
- Covers labor, parts and service;
- Fully transferable;
- Covers non-technical calls such as proper operation instruction;
- Written agreement clearly defining Damar and Customer obligations;
- Optional insurance deductible protection in the event of a break-in;
- From Damar Security Systems - a Company well respected for security!
Extended Warranty Agreement Features:-
- Priority Service Response when a problem is detected or reported;
- No charge for labor or materials unless there is damage beyond our control;
- In many cases defective or failed components are replaced immediately - no out of service time;
- No inspection fee if purchased within ninety (90) days of system installation.
Preventative Maintenance Coverage Features:-
- Priority Service Response when a problem is detected or reported;
- Regularly scheduled technician visits to test, inspect, adjust and make minor repairs;
- May be performed on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis;
- Includes a specified number of labor hours to correct minor problems at no additional cost;
- On-site maintained records of all service work performed;
- No inspection fee if purchased within ninety (90) days of system installation
